British Literature
This lesson plan took place during my Macbeth unit and served as an alternative assessment. Students really enjoyed doing something creative. I was originally concerned that it would not give me a solid idea of what the students had learned. In the end, it turned out to be a very good assessment and is something I would certainly use again. Next time: -I might have students add horoscopes which would serve as predictions about the next act/rest of the play -An op-ed piece would serve as a way for students to respond to character's actions -To make it a better formal assessment, I would have students do it individually |
